Position 1: International Support Officers (based in Indonesia, Vietnam, India and the surrounding regions)
Qualification: Degree holders in any disciplines
Experience: 2 years of sales, marketing, and student recruitment experiences
Preference: Prefer local applicants
Job description:
- to attend exhibitions and organize seminars;
- to provide support to local partners/ agents;
- to update headquarters on local market trends and development;
- to provide consultation to students who are keen in studying in Singapore;
- to follow up of sales leads; and
- to assist the Marketing/ International Recruitment Director or Country Manager in any work-related matters when required.
Position 2: Exam Executive
- To handle operational issues relating to examination and assessments.
- To maintain current set of past examination papers and assignment, as well as subject profiles/ module descriptors.
- To prepare and support the Chief Invigilator in the conduct of all examinations.
- To prepare examination results for publication after each exam board.
- To liaise with lecturers for submission of examination papers.
- To prepare for all examination board meeting matters.
- To maintain and update examination register.
- To assist Vice-Principal (Academic) in all articulation and validation correspondences and exercises.
- To assist Vice-Principal (Academic) in various Quality Assurance matters from time to time.
- To act as Secretary to examination and disciplinary board.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or business-related professional.
- Prefer related working experience in administration & customer service.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with strong desire to learn.
- A good team player who is able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
Position 3: Senior/ Writer
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Passion for writing
- Good PC skills and software knowledge
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working
Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or related field. Remuneration package dependant on experience.
Position 4: Operations/ Administration Executives
Qualification: Degree or Diploma holders in any disciplines
Experience: 2 years of operations and administration experiences
Preference: Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
Job description:
- to handle student related matters and liaise with ICA;
- to prepare necessary documents and liaise with various internal and external parties;
- to assist in processing of student passes or social visa extension;
- to update the Intranet system (SAS) for various purposes;
- to prepare student cards;
- to work closely with various Executives/ Senior executives in the same department; and
- to assist the Senior Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager when required.
Position 5: Lecturers for English Language (for Business English)
Qualification: At least a Diploma in TESOL or CELTA
Experience: At least 2 years of teaching and classroom management experience
Preference: Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
Position 6: Lecturers for Business Management (for Dip/ Adv Dip or Final Year Degree levels)
Qualification: At least an MBA or a relevant Master degree
Experience: At least 3 years of lecturing and classroom management experience
Position 7: Lecturers for Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure Management (for Dip/ Adv Dip or Final Year Degree levels)
Qualification: At least an MBA in Hospitality & Tourism Management, or a Master degree in the relevant discipline
Experience: At least 3 years of lecturing and classroom management experience
Position 8: Lecturers for ChineseMBA programs
Qualification: DBA, PhD in Business Administration/ Management or an MBA
Experience: At least 5 years of lecturing, dissertation supervisory and classroom management experience
Preference: Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
Lecturer’s Job description:
- to deliver the module including clarity of instructions, relate theories to real life examples, encourage class participation, able to answer students’ questions, etc.;
- to support examinations department in the setting of assignments and exam papers (including re-sit), and their grading;
- to participate in all official events held by the school – e.g. meetings with university partners, faculty briefings, etc;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Able to teach both day and evening classes.
- to assist the Head of School in academic/ subject-related matters.
