In this workshop, we examine the fundamentals of communication. You will gain important insights into how others relate to you, and vice versa. Identify the most effective strategies to use to increase the outcome from your communication positively. You will also have the opportunity to measure the results. This process is a practical and highly enjoyable interactive journey, facilitated by an experienced business communications coach.
