UWIC is one of the
few institutions to hold the Government's Charter Mark for
excellence - awarded for a total of nine years - a stamp
of approval for its dedication to quality and student satisfaction.

UK's most successful sports colleges, its sports and leisure

UWIC
and EASB
In collaboration with
EASB, EASB's Hospitality and Tourism students now have the
opportunity to complete their Bachelor Degree in Hospitality
Management in the UK at UWIC. At the same time, they can
also gain one full year of work experience in Europe's Hospitality
and Tourism industry through a paid internship arranged
by the university during their third year of study.
Students can then proceed
to pursue their Honors Degree in Hospitality Management
in the UWIC campus at Cardiff, UK after their internship.
Course
Contents
This Hospitality Degree is designed to
provide the graduate with the range of skills and knowledge
required for management positions in the largest sector
of employment in the UK.
These skills enable students to become senior
managers in a relatively short period of time. The course
encompasses a range of core and optional modules allowing
the student to develop skills required for specialist roles
within the industry. Industrial work experience is an integral
part of the course allowing industrial input into this highly
vocational course.
