Introduction:
To be effective, firstly, organizations need to develop a vision and mission. Secondly, they need to set strategic objectives and to craft a strategy to achieve them. Thirdly, after executing their strategic plan, they need a process to evaluate their performance against the objectives.

Program Objective: 

Enable participants (senior management team) in an organization to develop their vision, mission, strategic objectives and strategies to achieve these objectives for their corporation.

   Crafting the Client-organization’s Strategy

         Implementing & Executing a Strategy

   Building an organization to execute strategy successfully
    Steering resources into internal activities critical to strategic success
    Establishing strategy-supportive policies & operating procedures
    Motivating people to pursue target objectives
    Tying reward structure to achievement of targeted results
    Creating organization culture & work climate for successful strategy implementation & execution
    Installing information, communication & operating systems to enable personnel to carry out their strategic roles effectively
    Instituting best practices & programs for continuous improvement
    Developing internal leadership needed to drive implementation forward and to keep improving on how the strategy is being executed
