This 2-day workshop aims to provide a hand on experience on how to process and manage payroll activities. It covers the rules and regulations that governs the Payroll activities from collation to management report

- Calculate CPF ordinary and additional wages calculations
- Do overtime calculation
- Perform encashment of leave
- Find out Pro-ratio formula
- Decide on Reimbursement of benefits
- Calculate Deductions
- Design common templates and forms for payroll related activities
- Use the actual company policies to develop suitable templates that can be implemented in the Company after the course
